Ihre Aufgaben:

• Mechanische Konstruktion mit Fokus auf kommerzielle Fahrzeuge

• Konstruktion Rohbau

• Integration verschiedener Komponenten in das Fahrzeug

• Lieferantenverhandlungen zur Spezifikation von Teilen und Betreuung von sämtlichen Arbeitsumfängen bis zum fertigen Produkt

• Verhandlungen und Betreuung von externen Dienstleistern im Projekt

• Interne Abstimmungen mit Schnittstellenfunktionen, z.B. Entwicklungsabteilungen, Einkauf, Fertigung, Q-Sicherung, etc.

 

Ihr Profil:

• Sie haben einen BSc oder MS in Mechanical Design Engineering oder in einem verwandten Bereich

• Sie bringen mehrjährige Erfahrung in der mechanischen Konstruktion (2D und 3D), idealerweise im Nutzfahrzeugbereich, mit

• Sie verfügen über gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Konstruktionsprogrammen wie Catia V5

• Sie haben ein solides Wissen über Design- und Engineering-Prinzipien und Best Practices

• Sie haben ein klares Bild von Entwicklungsprozessen und -werkzeugen insbesondere in der Automobilindustrie 

• Sie verfügen über ausgezeichnete mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

• Sie sind aufgeschlossen und technikbegeistert, ohne dabei die wirklichen Bedürfnisse aus den Augen zu verlieren  

• Sie beherrschen Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift

• Erfahrung in der Automobilindustrie ist von hohem Wert

- Experience in design, working and operational documentation creation;

Position: Fuel Cell System Integration Engineer (m,f,d)

Location: Berlin, Full-time/Part-time

 

Education and Experience

•    Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrochemistry, or in related field.

•    Expertise in fuel cell technologies including vehicle system integration, packaging, control, and thermal management.

•    Previous experience with alternative transportation technologies (e.g. fuel cell electric vehicles) is a plus.

•    Experience in gas and electrical safety, as well as certification and testing proficiency is also a plus.

•    Relevant experience in fuel cell development or application engineering.

•    Very good knowledge of German and English, Russian language will be a plus.

 

Knowledge and Abilities

•    Profound knowledge of fuel cell systems in vehicles, design, controls, simulation, or testing

•    Knowledge of automotive powertrains.

•    Hands-on experience working with prototypes and test conducting.

•    EU permission to work with hydrogen will be a plus.

•    Ability to work remotely with digital tools for both internal and external communication and collaboration (i.e. Microsoft Teams, Mural, etc.).

•    A positive attitude with good problem-solving skills, creative, initiative, and independent to work well in a multi-cultural team.

•    Must be driven, self-motivated and passionate to solve complex technical problems.

•    Component searching, work with component suppliers.

•    Support technical development team in component layout. Fitting test conducting.

•    Be a product validation specialist for Fuel Cell components and powertrain.

•    Perform working area certification process.

•    Drawing up document kit for certification, technical manuals, presentations.

•    Draft technical manuals, reports, and presentation materials.

•    H2 system assembly, verification, and testing.

•    Drive vehicle certification process.

Position: Automotive Requirements and Systems Engineer (m,f,d)

 Location: Berlin, Full-time

 

Main Responsibilities

• You analyze and realize the regulatory requirements in our European bus projects.

• You are responsible for the products certification and homologation, organize and communicate the related processes with the certifying instances and guide the team accordingly

• You derive the system requirements from this and are responsible for the requirements management as well as corresponding documentation 

• In close cooperation with the team, suppliers and project partners, you will support and supervise the implementation of the project requirements in the regulatory context.

• You provide technical support and occasionally carry out functional and integration tests including analysis and documentation in the relevant environments.

• You understand and have an overview of overall systems of the electronic vehicle infrastructure and their functions, analyse them in the regulatory and functional context and draw attention to any problems related at an early stage. 

• You work on ongoing projects as a systems engineer.

• You are deployed as an all-rounder and coordinate your tasks independently and prioritized.

• You consult and coordinate our future customers, i.e. Bus Operators

 

Position Requirements

• You have successfully completed a degree in electronics/electrical engineering, computer science, automotive engineering or a comparable field. 

• You have sound experience in the field of bus electronics and bus technology and the associated requirements analysis and requirements engineering in the regulatory context of the automotive industry in the European Union.

• In best case, you’re enthusiastic and experienced about busses and own a corresponding drivers license!

• You know the relevant regulations of homologation and certification in the bus industry (e.g. ISO 26262) and have practical experience in their implementation and process landscape.

• Systems and their terms in the automotive industry such as CAN, ADAS, DWP, VCCU, VCU etc. are not foreign to you. 

• Preferably, you already have experience in the field of sustainable drives for commercial vehicles and their integration, for example in the context of electric and fuel cell-electric drives (e.g. EC-79, RC-10, RC-100). 

• Very good knowledge of German and English, knowledge of Russian desirable

• Distinct ability to analyze and proactive, structured way of working

• Willingness to travel occasionally
